The basic summary of our transfer rules are as follows:
- You can't transfer between rule sets (PvE to PvE and PvP to PvP, but not PvE to PvP or PvP to PvE).
- You can transfer on to an Exchange server, but not off.
PvE and PvP character records are different so it's just not an easy thing.
Sticking it out with a guild if you don't want to revisit the lower levels again is good. Guilds make everything better.
