I should've added more to my reply, sorry about that. Like I said in another thread:
The titles rewarded are supposed to be a challenge to get. Allowing the zones to be completed if they are trivial is not a solution that I like, for several reasons. The foremost reason being that when others did this content it was still challenging to them giving the titles a worth in time commitment and level of effort. I really don't want to negate that.
What I will do is look into the possibility of changing the zones to allow scaling to level 80.
