From what I'm seeing as well as from what CS has informed me, the server's been up and running over the past hour. There was an unplanned reboot of the server, but since then there's been no issue. The one /petition CS has in regards to it was recently, and it's from ingame.
Are you still having an issue getting ingame at this time?
