Hey all,
So Ops did page me this morning about the servers being down, but I completely slept through the 5:30am phone call =\
We have identified what caused the servers to crash this morning and are working on a resolution. I'd write out a full explanation but it is rather dry and technical. I'm not trying to hide information here, but I think most people would just like to know that we are working to resolve what we know went wrong so that it won't happen again.
