Sorry I guess I wasn't clear. The breastplates don't replace anything, now they have a chance to drop a breastplate as an additional drop. So their treasure tables are the same as they ever were, except now there is one more item that
can drop. Nothing has been diluted. Before this change Venril guaranteed 2 drops with a chance for up to 4. Now he guarantees the same 2 drops with a chance for up to 5.
All of the armor sets are already on smart tables.
