(Rothgar) What bugs you the most... Results!
Thanks again to everyone who responded to my original post asking "What bugs you the most". There were a vast array of responses from the common "multi-core support" to the less common "more realistic dwarven beards".
Twenty-four pages later I've consolidated and categorized the responses. Below are the top issues from each of the categories with the number of times they were QFE'd in parenthesis.
Engineering / Programming- Multi-core support (59)
- Under-utilization of the graphics card / GPU (45)
- Allow shared bank usage across alignments on PvE servers. Allow sharing of coin. (9)
- Vista compatibility issues / DirectX10 support (

- General NPC pathing issues (

- Having to cancel a mount to climb a wall, and recast it when done. (7)
- Usable furniture such as chairs you can sit in and beds you can lay in. (7)
- Increase the stack size of more items and allow more types of items to stack. (6)
- Spell and Combat Art icons "grey out" while casting, making it difficult to see availability. (6)
- Slow backup speed on mounts (6)
- More hotbars (5)
- Pets still have issues keeping up with their owners (5)
- Allow purchasing of broker items from within your house. (5)
- Dedicated torch slot (5)
- Sharing UI settings files across characters attempts to load invalid channels each time (4)
- Players should be forced to dismount or hide mount in specific areas such as banks and brokers (4)
- Display a list of Druid rings and whether or not you've gained access to them. (4)
- Allow more control of the display of particle effects such as disabling all but self and NPC. (4)
- Raid window doesn't always allow moving people group members between groups (4)
- Effects window is limited to displaying 30 buffs (4)
- Better control over managing chat channels and the ability to assign colors to more than 10 channels (4)
- Allow sorting of collection quests by name, level and completion percentage (4)
- Aqua vision is broken (4)
- Mounts should jump when stationary and pressing the space bar instead of playing animation. (4)
There were 84 more issues that were QFE'd 3 times or less.
Game Design / Content- Increase house item limits (22)
- Itemization is imbalanced between new zones such as Darklight Wood and Timorous Deep compared to old-world zones. (9)
- Provide better ways to obtain city faction and do more with the city faction system (7)
- Allow for Hallmark quests to be deleted (5)
- Not enough multi-creature encounters in RoK (5)
- Create an option to force house pets to stay still (5)
- Each archetype should use its own rare tradeskill component (5)
- Add more common NPC types (banker, broker, etc) to other city zones (4)
- Make all collection quest pages tradable (4)
- Allow every character on an account to claim veteran rewards (4)
- Create a method for fast travel from TS / Nek docks back to city zones (4)
- More live events (4)
- Move commonly used NPCs into more accessible locations (QH Broker) (4)
- Add carpets to Neriak and Kelethin (4)
- Fix harvest nodes from spawning in trees and out-of-reach places (4)
There were 42 more issues that were QFE'd 3 times or less.
Art- More variation in armor and robe designs, not just new textures on existing models / Skeletal revamp (20)
- Qeynos and Freeport cities each merged into a single zone (6)
- House items should render from all angles. Floor items with bottoms, ceiling items with tops, wall items with backs. (3)
- Potion / poison icons should match buff colors (3)
- Fix bookshelves to hold books (3)
- More wall / ceiling / floor textures, especially in Kelethin, Neriak and Gorowyn (3)
There were 11 more issues that were QFE'd 2 times or less
General
- Better communication with the community
- Allow disabling of LoN advertisements or move them to a special chat filter
- Better testing before release
- More information about who is on the development team and what they do
As I mentioned earlier, only the top issues have been listed for brevity. If you'd like to see the entire compiled list, you may download it here in MS Excel format.
Quite a few of these issues have been addressed in Game Update 44 and many more of them will be addressed in upcoming updates. Before I can discuss specifics, I'll need to talk with each department lead. I'll try to have myself or someone from each department post a follow-up soon.
Thanks again for providing some great feedback!

Re: (Rothgar) What bugs you the most... Results!
This list is obviously tailored towards the casual player so it's not surprising to see the lack of raid issues, but it's amazing how no casual players actually mentioned progression.
Good heroic items like Praetor's Guard, Ganak's Torque, Carotidcutter, etc should be dropping in places like Chardok off the Queen and Sebilis off some of nameds like the Spore King. It's amazing how the pinnacle of heroic grouping is Chardok and Sebilis and the players they're designed for don't care if these zones are ever itemized properly.
It's sad that not only have these issues gone unnoticed, this list shows they're accepted by the community.

TBH i`ll be very happy if they solve only 2 issues: dual core support and GPU usage

I dont really qualify as a casual, but I did have a request to make heroic mobs harder in general over there... of course they are trying to hide such stuff...

As Rothgar himself said, particle effects are done on the CPU, and flowing character outfits are implemented as particle effects. If they can push that much to the GPU, I'm willing to do without shadows and everything else.
I'm guessing flora is also done as particle effects, I gain 5-7 FPS when disabling them.

Having MT support is all that is needed to fix most problems for newer computers. Pushing them out onto the GPU can wait until that is done.

I would call MT support the less trivial of the two.

I disagree. Considering how many CPUs are now dual-core, or were SMT enabled, it would greatly help a lot more than pushing it onto the GPU. Why? Because most low-end gaming computers don't have a big GPU, but they do still have a dual-core.

Utilizing multi-core processors would be my biggest request, followed by GPU usage.
