(Kirstie) Name Change for the Test PvP Server

Hi all,

Since the Test PvP server wasn't always PvP it seemed like a really good idea to change the name and reduce some confusion. (And I was always having to end any sentence about Test PvP with "but it's not PvP right now&quot.

Thanks to some feedback from players and some of the devs here I've renamed it to "Test Copy".

Its just a small simple change but I think its worth it.
