Default (Grimwell) Is there a "PvP Dev", or is it just wishful thinking on the part of the PvPers?

I don't think that's a fair statement Nimbrithili.

EQII wasn't designed or launched as a PvP game; it's a fantastic PvE game that was designed first and foremost as just that. The fact that we get to enjoy some PvP in the EQII world is icing on the cake to me.

It's fair to say that PvP is not going to see the full weight of the dev team thrown at it, they have a lot of other things to do; but it's not lost in a black hole either. Yeah, I know folks would like a lot more red name support in public; and a Community guy who plays a low level character isn't exactly a PvP dev on the team who can make changes so I don't count. That noted, these folks are busy each and every day, and they aren't forced by Gnobrin or I to sit down and post.

We all do what we can, and since I'm on Nagafen you can bet your bottom dollar I'm much more aware of the merits and needs of the PvP game in EQII; so there is some internal feedback; but I don't code (that would be a bad thing) so don't look for me to make any promises. I am there, with you though, and I will communicate what I can to the most appropriate folks at that time.

Which is all I can offer to do.
