Lethality:
It looks like the sound system might be contributing to your crash.
I recommend trying the following things one at a time:
- Make sure your sound card drivers are up to date.
- Delete EverQuest2.exe, mss32.dll and the Miles directory from your install directory and re-patch.
- Change your sound provider. Going from memory, this is probably under Options -> Sound.
- Try turning off adaptive combat music. Also under Options -> Sound.
Please provide CPU, memory, sound card type and operating system.
