My guess is they lost a bunch of people and with the new SOE division change and the Sony HQ focus on community gaming. That they intend to expand thier SOE division.

I was wondering if it meant that due to the recently uncovered Developer(s) corruption, that they cleaned house a little bit... ...nah.

FYI SOE, you need to run an ad for someone to replace Knobrin. He is quite possibly the most incompetent fool you have right now.
