We have seen some issues where some machines either don't properly set the gamma ramps on EQ2 startup or don't properly restore them on EQ2 shutdown. Unfortunately, it seems very machine-specific.
These changes were published to live servers this morning along with GU44.
We have a hotfix tentatively scheduled for tomorrow to attempt to address the issue that you saw with windowed mode not setting the ramps back upon client exit. Furthermore, the hotfix will address the issue of multiple monitors with different color profiles per.
Windowed mode will always affect all monitors since it's possible to drag the window to the other monitor(s) or across more than one (though performance would undoubtedly suffer).
I'm trying to make EQ2's color correction play less of a role by having it just use your desktop settings if all of the sliders are at default. This seems ideal as you already have your monitors configured properly for the desktop
