No. It means that not only is he wrong on the ones I know the true counts for, but that he's also wrong by wildly varying degrees. IE: He's not 10% off on all the games I know, that would be consistent. Instead he's wrong by a different margin for each and every game; which makes his numbers useless even as a rule of thumb measure. If he was consistently wrong (even if it was like 50% wrong) then you could at least say "well, the ratios between the games are still somewhat useful as a reference." since he's not, you can't.
