Domino posted that some of the guide quests would be repeatable "a certain number of times". Two of the new quests show as being repeatable in my journal. I have done each one only once, but the NPC's will not give me the quest again.
I fear I must retract that statement and clarify that the quests from the NPCs are not repeatable. Initially that had been the plan, but during testing it was necessary to change it for a number of reasons. However, the quests are all low level and you can do them on as many alts as you like, if you want to get all the reward choices. Sorry about the confusion!
