One comment about the sorcerer's staff, get rid of the increase hate from front effect.
When would a sorcerer ever want their hate to be increased? Just give it a proc to decrease hate from no matter which direction.
The only classes that would want increased hate proc, are tanks and that does not have stats tanks would find desirable anyway
Well maybee SK. But even then, what if the SK has lost aggro and the mob is facing away from him and this thing procs and only makes things worse.
Not good.
Please note the images show just two random weapons from the list, the proc effects shown are possible to apply to ALL weapons listed above. That effect is not a sorceror class imbue, it is "the" imbue effect that can go on all weapons. A sorceror might prefer the "blessing" effect on his staff, perhaps -- but he can choose. And if he prefers the "imbue" effect then all the sorceror has to do is ensure he or she is properly positioned relative to the tank and it'll be no problem; a sorceror shouldn't be standing in front of the mob anyway.
The positional effect on the "imbue" allows the it to be beneficial to all classes, without complicating things by making too many separate effects. This will equally help the tank, not to mention encouraging him to correctly position the mob for his group. But all classes can choose which they prefer on their weapon for their play style, imbue/blessing/nothing.
