But that was the issue ... the way the tools worked before, the buffs could NOT be cancelled. This change was the only thing that allows them to be cancelled now. Previously, the only way of getting rid of the buffs was to die so they failed to be reapplied (occasionally requiring a few deaths), or to go all the way home and stick the tools in the bank. NOW the buffs can be cancelled and that's what people can do.
