My only question is -if one person has poison and one has trauma dot-will I have to wait forever to be able to cure both? or is there an immediate recast to the cure?

It'll cure BOTH, OMGZ.
And there is no recast on Priest Cures in PvE.

They already did that with character-to-character buffs, the concept of hate lists, auto-attack, auto-follow, and pet classes. Lowering the bar on priest cures is a minor sacrifice. Through most of the game and unless someone pulled a room, there was only one cure really needing to be done at a time anyway.

back to topic... i'm still really confused ... is this really the type of development that get's everyone to say "YAY SOE you listened to us"?
this change seems very much out in left field, i mean - did they really need to allocate the budget and dev resources to making cures all in 1??? seems like a timesink imho

Can you people not read? All they are doing is making a new spell nothing else is being changed that would take all of 30 mins to do. ONE NEW CURE LIKE A GROUP CURE CURES MULTIPLE EFFECTS. Single target only cures all 4 types of debuffs!
