This was taken in Everling's bedroom in Nektropos Castle. Carved in the stones around the room along with hieroglyphs.
Now, here's the second one:

This can be found around the lower level in Obelisk of Lost Souls. Hieroglyphs mentioned above are also found on walls in rooms there.
