Trakanon's Breath weapons, Toxic Tempest and Fetid Cloud will now be cast by the dragon more regularly. The normal (non-focus) damage they do has been decreased significantly to compensate for this.
The Maestro of Rancor will now cast his Sonnets and Arias more reliably.
ITEMS
Harbinger of Malcontent now properly increases stance damage.
Lifespike procs will no longer break stealth.
Cursed Coif's effect is now activatable.
Woven Shadow Chestplate and Crimson Helm of Horror have had the damage on their effects reduced.
Mortal Coil's effect will no longer stack.
Hand of Death's effect now has a one hour cooldown timer.
