I think this is the first time ever, EVER, that I have heard a Dev even remotely imply that a scout may be bit OP.

I won't get into an argument about who is percieved to be overpowered, I'm just saying that if I'm stealth I can get the jump on someone. That someone might have way better mitigation or AA than I do, who knows? Thats part of the fun of jumping someone.
