Keep in mind folks, demanding answers when it's Sunday evening isn't going to end up with the result you may desire. The folks that design for EQII don't usually work on the weekends (unless it's a "crunch-time" just prior to an expansion launch), so try voicing a constructive question over a weekend and then wait at least until the business days to then make your decision.
