You may be leaving, but since you posted this, I guess you'll forever be a visitor to these forums, so here's some answers for ya.
1) Raid encounters are no longer fun. Clicking on a statue all night so adds don't pop, yaay! Hello? get a clue. Also can't progress in raiding without killing bugged raid mobs.
~I am sorry that you're leaving due to one raid, when there's so many other ones across the game, areas to explore, a blossoming tradeskill system that's soon to get a weaponcrafted overhaul, items regularly added to the game and new events that are added every Game Update. There's more to EverQuest II then the Venril Sathir event, and even then the developers know of the issues with that raid, and it's undergoing regular tweaks to make it more enjoyable (Yes, clicking on something repeatedly when your friends are kicking NPC rear isn't necessarily fun, and we understand that).
2) No official response from SOE about the recent developer scandals that were revealed. It was just totally ignored, swept under the rug.
~Sorry, but there's very little to say. If you have such an issue still, there's not much we could ever do to appease you nor that issue since you're still clutching it.
3) When dev's and GM's are putting contested mobs on lockdown/perma-camp on my server so this PAYING CUSTOMER can not kill them, that is WRONG.
~There's a lockdown for s reason, if you do not agree with that, please speak to the CS management so you can get a better explanation as to the issue. If there's a serious issue that requires an NPC or event to be locked, it's for a reason so investigation can be made to help your fellow paying customers.
4) Shadowknights are just plain broken.
~If such is indeed the case, you can be sure that they'll be reviewed with all other classes that state the exact same thing. If you're a core Shadowknight class player, had you voiced that constructive information pertaining to those issues through use of the /bug command ingame so those issues could then be read and assisted with?
5) All my ranger friends quit the game.
~Unusual, since I am hearing that folks are pleased with the arrow changes, and are coming back to playing our fine, fletched friends. If you are a major Ranger player, try voicing your issues in a constructive manner within the Ranger forums so they can be easily read by the developer staff. Too, if you're a ranger player, had you used the /bug command ingame so that issue can be heard through official means?
6) General disconnect between the dev's and their gaming community, which was only widened after the fiasco with eq2flames.
~You've already mentioned this for your #2, so here it is again: "2) No official response from SOE about the recent developer scandals that were revealed. It was just totally ignored, swept under the rug.
~Sorry, but there's very little to say. If you have such an issue still, there's not much we could ever do to appease you nor that issue since you're still clutching it so close."
~Gnobrin!
