Your post doesn't really indicate which connections are broken (for example there are a few zones that connect to the Lake) in some cases but I took some guesses and tested it out:
I hopped on server and tested:
Shin -> Lake : Pass
Lavastorm -> Sol Eye : Pass
Antonica -> StormHold : Pass
Kylong -> KC : Was Broken - Reset Kylong Now: Pass
