I'm at a real loss here and could use some help. Are there files directly related to a specific account that prevent one account from loading on the PC now yet allow the other to load just fine? If so, does anyone know what files need to be removed to make it work again?

Again I apologize for posting here, but so many knowledgeable players read and respond here and I thought perhaps could give me some insight.

PM me the Names/Servers of the characters you can't login and I will take a look at them when I get a chance.
