As
already mentioned this is already being looked into. Just a reminder, game updates generally happen only once a month, and repeated posting doesn't make it come any sooner, it's kind of like Christmas that way.
The files are checked in, you'll be seeing them on Test server soon enough, in the mean time ... go forth and enjoy the game! And yes, the level 20-40 wand appearances are corrected also, along with various other small bugs that weren't urgent enough to hotfix.
