Yes, just take a look at the dev tracker, we've been responding to a thread in the Bazaar forum.
Just a general rule of thumb, it's much easier to get dev interaction when there is a single, consolidated thread about a topic than a bunch of small threads. Plus big threads just naturally get more attention.
We are making two modifications that should hopefully resolve the issue. The first fix will only affect Exchange servers and will be hotfixed tomorrow. The additional fix will improve zone loading times on all servers but will not make tomorrow's hotfix as it needs a bit more testing. It will however be hotfixed as soon as its thoroughly tested.
