While I certainly understand your concerns regarding hardware upgrades, lets not derail the thread. The point of the thread is to collect information to help us fix lag-related issues.
To be most effective, I'd really like specific dates and times, not "every time we raid" and that sort of response. Also, we introduced a couple of hotfixes recently that may have had a big improvement. So retroactively posting something that occurred 2 weeks ago might send us in a wild-goose chase looking for a problem that's already been fixed.
So for the best results, let me know specifics moving forward from today.
