Do some Google-Fu on the Agency and watch a video or two of gameplay and folks like Hal Milton talking about it. Agency and MXO really don't cross genre's.
Yeah, both are set in a relatively 'modern' setting, have guns, and cool outfits... but the play is different.
Just as EQ and EQII are both fantasy games in the same setting, but each offer something that the other does not in terms of play.
