To answer the survey here...yes, I let my kids play video games online. In fact, I introduced them to EQ2, but because I have been hung up on by some little punk in the customer service department, I will be banning the game from being played in my household. This ban will take place until I get a response to the feedback form I was told to fill out.

I am grateful to SOE for allowing me to spend my long distance money waiting on hold just to get hung up on when I said I wanted to speak to a manager.

You guys are the best customer service game ever .
