This item was in fact never mastercrafted either, despite the name. That's why it was renamed after just a month, to avoid confusion with "real" cobalt furniture. The original version was a special Frostfell recipe, it was later moved into carpenters' regular (handcrafted) recipe books, and then renamed after a month to avoid confusion due to the name.
