I'll admit to not having played it; however, it's my habit to scour as many sources as I can before I write anything. Kaitheel is one of our best sources of EQOA info.
Obviously, when we're dealing with thousands of years of history, there are a lot of gaps we have room to fill in, but there's no reason to ignore anything that exists and interweave as much as we can each time. The more connections that are made, the more times and place and people are interwoven, the more the history of Norrath becomes a rich tapestry, rather than a number of distinct threads.
