I actually agree with this change. There's nothing fun about getting unlucky some pulls and getting chained with warmongers.

The only thing that sucks is that they're already nerfing encounters when there's still 5 months left until the next expansion.

It really sucks that Veksar isn't a high end raid zone because when it gets released, the game will desperately need one.
