They used to update every 10 levels...
But they would swap out, I cant remember which was which... But your durabilty would go every 20 levels, and the progession buffs would be the opposite 20. So for instance Durability would improve at 20, 40, 50 and 80. While progression would improve at 10, 30, 50, and 70.
Aye, that's correct. Originally, you got only +progress buffs from level 1-9 and no durability at all till 10. It used to be:
- level 1: +progress buffs first set
- level 10: +durability buffs first set
- level 20: +progress buffs upgrade
- level 30: +durability buffs upgrade
- level 40: +progress buffs upgrade (well, actually downgrade in many cases)
- etc.
However, when the non-pristine crafting results were removed, it would have been pretty hard to make anything under level 10 if we hadn't given everyone durability buffs from the start.
So, rather than continuing to offset them as they were originally, I basically just moved the durability upgrades down 10 levels earlier so you get them both at the same time. You still get the same number of upgrades over the same period of time (and now they're really upgrades, too), you're just getting your durability ones 10 levels earlier than you used to.
