Bug reports in international languages do go to our international team first. If there's something specific that is causing problems, feel free to ask in this forum too though -- if it's something simple like a translation issue then maybe someone can give you an answer here quickly! For example if a writ or quest has been mistranslated, you should still be able to complete it once you know what's required, even if it takes a little longer to fix the translation issue on the back end.
