Once you login, the clock has started and the race has begun!

Each new player who progresses to level 20 within 14 calendar days from his or her initial login date will receive an in-game title sent from their alignment!

They are trying to get more people to play at the moment. during expansion the focus will be on high level toons.

Well, the first 12 days is spent fucking around before the new player learns about and then actually figures out how to get to the Timorous Deep starting docks.

I think more than a consultation with a psychologist would be needed.
