Guild halls work just like houses. You must have trustee access to place and pick up items. If you have the proper access you'll be able to place an item and pick it back up as many times as you want. However, if your access level is lowered once you place an item, you will not be able to pick it back up. If you leave the guild or are removed from the guild the items you've placed will remain in the guild hall.
Moving from one guild hall to another works just like a player house as well. All placed items will appear in the moving crate in your new guild hall. Purchased amenities will go *poof* when you move, but you will receive the full purchase price of the amenities deposited back into your escrow account so you can buy them again.
