I don't think we'll change how this works. The idea is that the guild hall amenity 'magically' teleports you to your house and your house is still connected to Freeport, Qeynos, etc. So when you walk out the door, you'd expect to end up on the other side of the door. However, you may want to go back to your guild hall which is one of the reasons we added the status item you can purchase that will give you fast access from your house back to the guild hall.
