This is not the case currently on test. This is not even close to the case. They would have to triple the taunting abilities tanks have in test atm to make this true.

I have no issues adjusting the table upwards. However, I would prefer to see some sort of evidence that it is needed. Lot's of people are looking at the numbers but forgetting the other changes and thus not looking at the broader picture.

I don't think the development team is looking at the broader picture and considering how much they nerfed agro management.

Well it's good news that he has no issues adjusting the table upwards. I think that part is inevitable.

Without a doubt he will have to change the hate tables attached to the taunts and CA's hopefully once it goes live it will be adjusted quicker than waiting for a LU.

Tanks will have to change the way the spec and play. The hate changes are completely Managable. Its no longer about pew pew its more about boom boom. Take the taunt increasing, taunt crit increasing, aa's and gear. Focusing purely on taunts and deagro, holding agro on test is easier then i have ever seen.

5% raidwide deagro, 5sec recast 10k aoe taunts, 10k aoe taunt/damage atk on 45sec recast. massive single target hate procs. unresistable taunts. aggression adding .7% per point to all taunts. D&C almsot 20k hate and 2 hate potions locking half or all of an encounter. 3 rescues with timers less then 3 min to 45sec (and drag). 1 single target atk/taunt for 10k+ hate 10 sec recast. Another for 7k+ 10 sec recast. 1 single taunt for 8k hate at 4 sec recast. Holding agro has been made easier for me.

Hate trasnfers such as assassin or swashies in the mt was a luxuary not a necessity even before these changes. The biggest loss is hate % reductions which seemed spread out more. Still allowing high numbers attaitnable.

I agree. People see these changes as a nerf to agro management based on their current spec. SOE is forcing you to not hold agro with dps anymore, so tanks are going to have to respec to 100% survability/agro rather than splitting it between that and DPS. Overall, it will maximize tanking ability, even though dps will be reduced.

You really are dumb wtf do you even read that.
Fuck the first line I wrote was fighters are going to need to respec to taunts.

No fighters can not spec for dps and hold agro well anymore. But you can get a mirror and use it to respec to whatever dps/solo spec you want when not raiding.

and regardless of any changes aerilik made i still do not see any raid guild taking more then 3 fighters. That number has not changed since DOF.

When aggro management was about Taunts/DPS/Survivability there was a large area for error as well as improvement, and defined the skilled from the inept. When I tried it on test it seems like the line between a good vs. a shabby fighter will be faded slightly.

However, my testing was rather limited so I can't say for certian. This was just my observation.

I agree with you Gungo, I doubt this whole rebalancing thing is going to get more fighters on raids.
