You can expect to see changes to a number of tradeskill-related items now the 'heirloom' flag is available. They have already been made. They are not yet all on Test server, but should be soon. Further debates about the general gameplay mechanic validity of "no trade", attuning, and anything else are a bit beyond the scope of this topic so feel free to carry on debating but I won't be commenting on those!
