I'm just stonked by how it's been overlooked if it was unintentional.
I've had to review several thousand items this expansion, and we have a few devs that create them. Things get missed. I never received any PMs nor do I remember any threads alerting me about this item, despite it being "well-known". If nobody says anything about it, it's very easy to overlook, since I cannot practically do peridoic reviews of every item ever made.
