We really don't need a million threads about Research Assistants.

We've got active ones all over the place. Please use those and stop making new ones.

Also... The anti RA crusade is getting old. They aren't being removed from the game, no matter how much whomever dislikes them.

If you have feedback that is constructive and useful, rather than just ranting against the entire concept as a whole, then by all means, share it. We would love to hear it.

Research assistants are blatant catering to the casual player base. Why not create a Raid Gear Assistant? I wouldn't mind paying 30pp and waiting a month for the most rare drops off the avatars. Guaranteed.

The logic behind Research Assistants is baffling. In fact, I'm going to run something by you. The Research Assistant is a government bailout.

Wow the level of retardation of some of you fucks. Comparing research assistance in an internet fantasy game to a rl government bailout. I'll tell you what the difference is, research assistants in no fucking way possible affect your life in any way whatsoever other then those tears you shed when you wake up in the morning and cry about it while government bailouts are actual RL things that impact rl people, open your door and look outside you'll see it. Butu dont go outside we need you spearheading the QQ research assistant movement 24/7 with these 37574356 posts about it.

in my opinion the research assistant was made to "fix" the stupid master drop rates and the stupid rare ones that never drop. which wouldn't be for casuals..

It's called a metaphor, but I don't expect those with high school educations to understand. I know the concept was challenging when you were failing English, because smoking and drinking was more important.

Even if it is one master a month, it is still easy mode. You're the same individuals that are crying in the eq2players forums for lower drop rates and easier raid encounters. They make an MMO for you pathetic excuses for gamers. That game is called World of Warcraft.

As for the bailout, I revoke that metaphor. I was expecting entirely too much from people of your caliber. (Not that the bailout affects low income trailer trash such as yourselves.)

As for your Toyota comment. If you paid for a Rav4 and it was junk when you received it, then yes you can go ahead and contact Toyota and demand a new one.

I'm paying SOE to create a quality product that caters to real gamers.

I suppose I'm expecting too much once again. I played EQ1 where real gamers are from. EQ lite had to follow the WoW model, and the MMO world received an influx of console gamers that feel MMOs should be as easy as playing Halo.

If you want to console game, then stick with your Xbox 360.
