Yes, this is on my list of things to do at some point in the future. Most likely the way I would handle it would be to automatically popup the collection window whenever you hail a collector. This will work just like hailing another broker or merchant. Then we would add a "Turn In" button to each collection in the window that is completed. This would allow you to pick which ones you want to hand in. We would also add a button to turn them all in at the same time for convenience.
I'd love to have this feature too, we just need to clear out some time to do it.
