Clearly the whole, please don't be rude and abusive while we're trying to fix the problem for you thing didn't register.
My deepest and most sincere apologies that you're having login issues and that gameplay is difficult at best for you right now.
However, this is not the place for flames or abuse towards the people working to fix things.
