When there are issues going on and the forums are one of our main ways to communicate with the players about the issue, having several threads going about the same problem causes clutter and spreads thin our messaging. Trying to get everyone up to date with the latest news as quickly as possible is hard if we have multiple threads running on the subject and new folks joining the conversation don't know where to look.
For that reason, we try to keep only one thread going where we can post updates, or point to where the updates are being posted. It has nothing to do with censorship, it just has to do with organization. As far as allowing folks to say "bad things" about SOE, well we do allow plenty of constructive feedback on our forums, but we do appreciate if it's kept constructive. I didn't see your original post so I don't know if your post was constructive or not, but I'm sure more than anything it was removed for the organization and focus of message issue.
I am an Air Force brat myself (my father served 20 years) and I do fervently appreciate your defense of our country and our constitutional rights.
