What I can tell you is that one way to get into the business is to get an internship while you're in school. We hire various interns every summer (paid positions, though you have to provide your own way to the city your internship is in as well as find housing on your own). You can start looking for them to be posted in early spring; they generally
post them here on our Careers site.
It's a great way to get your foot in the door, learn a lot about the company and the business, and get experience.
