Because you can't just run it 8x a day on alts and leave the character you want it on for last?.........

If there is one thing that SoE needs to control its the amount of appearance gear coming into the game.

I hope they arn't as rare as he makes them out to be since I am on my like 50+ run in SoH for the damn EMGs and still havent seen any drop. My luck sucks ass.
