Actually, I'm not going to post a list of all the quests, but there were 211 results for quests that are categorized as "Hallmark" in our system. It's true, there's no reason for me to lie about it. We've already changed several achievements based on user-feedback and if I felt this one was unable to be completed I'd consider it as well. The fact remains that there will be some players who have done old Hallmark quests that WILL be able to complete this. And by the next expansion that number will grow.
Many of the quests out of that list of 211 are class-specific for picking class and sub-class. Also many of them are on the old tutorial island. I'm not saying that they've all made it into the game, it would take me too long to verify. But based on a number that large, we felt the achievements we added were reasonable.
