Where players feel their input may go somewhere but file 13.
I have said many times for each class to come up with a top issues list. Most classes have and I do read it. You don't need us to start a top issues list. I've seen players start them before and they are always a valuable resource. I've used those threads for some of planning like looking at skills that are undesirable. I wouldn't say every issue on those lists is going to be fixed but a number are getting addressed.
