I'm sorry to hear of the confusion surrounding the repetition of the holiday quests.



The Qeynos & Freeport Haunted House quests, "The Haunting" are only repeatable once, per year.

The Loping Planes Haunted Mansion quest, "This won't end well..." is only repeatable once, per year.

Ponchy's quest line, in Antonica, ending with the quest "The Troubling Truth" is only repeatable once, per year.



Previously, it had been a little wonky and every year we were raising the repeat count on each holiday quest, but this was becoming ridiculous as new characters were then able to do some holiday quests 4 times in a single event. The issue was not bad yet, but we could see it was going to grow out of hand in a few years. So instead the code team came up with a method in which we add a timer to a quest. Only after this timer expires are you able to pick up the same quest again. This way, each of the holiday quests can be completed repeatedly, but only once, per year.
