Good News!
I apologize for not being aware of this in my first post, but the servers were brought down earlier to take care of this maintenance that I spoke of. So the maintenance has already been done and all 3 servers are coming back up, if not back up already.
This should solve the issue we experienced on Sunday and earlier today. Sorry for the inconvenience.
