To further reinforce what Rothgar has already stated:
We discourage having multiple threads about the exact same topic. It makes the forums cluttered and gives us and your fellow posters too many threads to track.
Locking a thread that has no purpose and redirecting it to the official thread that is being monitored and updated helps not only us, but you as well.
In the future, let's not spam the forums with new threads about a topic that is already receiving developer attention.
Furthermore, if you have any problems, concerns, or questions about the moderation of these forums, please feel free to send me or one of the moderators a PM. Complaints about why we do what we do don't belong in open forums. Likewise, abusing the moderators or developers for doing their jobs has no place on these forums.
